Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $615 Million Credit Facility for AP Gaming I, LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment and restatement AP Gaming I, LLC existing credit facility with a $575,000,000 term B credit facility and a $40,000,000 revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing credit. AP Gaming I, LLC is a subsidiary company of PlayAGS, Inc. (AGS), which is an innovative developer, manufacturer and supplier of casino games, systems and technology.
