Cahill represented the administrative agent in connection with a $500,000,000 term B credit facility and a $50,000,000 super priority revolving credit facility for ATI Holdings Acquisition, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing debt, pay related fees and expenses and other general corporate purposes. ATI Holdings Acquisition, Inc. operates physical therapy and rehabilitation clinics.
