Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.900% senior notes due 2027 and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.450% senior notes due 2032 by FactSet Research Systems Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to finance the acquisition by FactSet of the CUSIP business from S&P Global and to repay existing indebtedness.
