Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,450,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $880,000,000 term A credit facility for Boyd Gaming Corporation. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing credit. Boyd Gaming Corporation is one of the largest and most successful casino entertainment companies in the United States.
