Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $300,000,000 term B credit facility for Stonepeak Fischer Guarantor Holdings LLC, as initial borrower and immediately after the closing, Rinchem Company, LLC, as borrower. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by borrower.
