Cahill Represents Arch Capital Group Ltd. in $925 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented Arch Capital Group Ltd. in connection with the Second Amendment to its existing Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, which includes a $425,000,000 secured letter of credit facility and a $500,000,000 unsecured letter of credit and revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the facilities will be used for general corporate purposes. Arch Capital Group Ltd. is a publicly listed Bermuda exempted company that writes insurance, reinsurance and mortgage insurance on a worldwide basis.
