Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $325,000,000 incremental term B credit facility for Sophia L.P. (Ellucian). Proceeds from the credit facility were used by Ellucian to finance the acquisition of CampusLogic Holdings, Inc. Ellucian is a leading higher education technology solutions provider.
