Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $540,000,000 term A credit facility, a $500,000,000 term B credit facility and a $600,000,000 revolving credit facility for R1 RCM Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used in connection with R1 RCM’s acquisition of Cloudmed, a leader in Revenue Intelligence™ solutions for healthcare providers, for refinancing existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
