Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $260,000,000 first lien incremental term B credit facility for Vertex Aerospace Services Corp., an American Industrial Partners portfolio company. Proceeds from the credit facility were used by Vertex to fund its acquisition of Vectrus, Inc. Vertex provides various aircraft maintenance, integrated supply chain management, aviation flight training, and aviation logistics services.
