Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $750 Million Credit Facility for Visteon Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment for Visteon Corporation to obtain a new $400,000,000 revolving credit facility and a new $350,000,000 term A credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
