Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $600,000,000 revolving credit facility for Ashland LLC and Ashland Services B.V. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to provide ongoing working capital and for other general corporate purposes. Ashland is a global leader in providing specialist materials to customers in a wide range of consumer and industrial markets.
