Cahill represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a credit facility for RCI Golden Purchaser, LLC and Grain Craft, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to fund the acquisition of Grain Craft, LLC by RCI Golden Purchaser, LLC and for general corporate purposes. Grain Craft is a milling company offering premium bulk and bagged flours for the baking, food service, pizza and tortilla industries.
