Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $800,000,000 Dollar Revolving Credit Facility, $800,000,000 Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility, 50,000,000 Canadian Revolving Credit Facility, $1,800,000,000 Term A Credit Facility and €540,000,000 Term A Credit Facility for Crown Americas LLC, Crown European Holdings S.A., Signode Industrial Group US Inc., and Crown Metal Packaging Canada LP. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes, refinancing existing credit and working capital. Crown Americas LLC provides metal packaging products for beverage, food, aerosol, and specialty. Crown European Holdings manufactures packaging products. Signode Industrial Group US Inc. is a leading transit-packaging provider. Crown Metal Packaging Canada LP is a leader in metal packaging technology.
