Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $175,000,000 term A credit facility and a $175,000,000 revolving credit facility for Westrock Beverage Solutions, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by Westrock Beverage Solutions, LLC and general corporate purposes, including certain sustainable purposes such as climate action, sustainable agriculture and responsible sourcing and socioeconomic advancement, among other purposes. Westrock seeks to responsibly source coffee, tea, flavors, extracts and ingredients to supply to its customers.
