Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $460 Million Credit Facility for TU BidCo, Inc. (TaskUs)

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of TU BidCo, Inc.’s (TaskUS) existing credit agreement to provide for $270,000,000 of term loan borrowings and $190,000,000 of revolving commitments. The proceeds of the terms loans were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
