Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a term A credit facility and a revolving credit facility for the acquisition of Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. by HWK MERGER SUB 2, LLC, an affiliate of Searchlight Capital Partners. Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. is a Spanish-language media company headquartered in Miami, Florida, creating and distributing top-rated news and entertainment programs for Hispanic/Latin American communities. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for the acquisition, to refinancing existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
