Cahill Represents Arrangers in Connection With $3.0 Billion Credit Facilities for Caesars Entertainment, Inc.

Cahill represented the arrangers in connection with an amendment to the credit agreement with Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to which the Company, among other things, (a) incurred a new $750.0 million term “A” loan and (b) increased the commitments under its revolving credit facility to $2,250.0 million. Proceeds from the term A Loans were used to repay or retire certain indebtedness of Caesars Resort Collection, LLC, a subsidiary of the Company. Caesars Entertainment, Inc., formerly Eldorado Resorts, Inc., is an American hotel and casino entertainment company founded and based in Reno, Nevada that operates more than 50 properties.
