Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $125,000,000 incremental term loan facility under P10, Inc.'s existing first lien credit facility. Proceeds from the incremental term loan facility will used for its acquisition of Westech Investment Advisors LLC, an industry pioneer and leader in venture debt. P10 is a leading multi-asset class private markets solutions provider in the alternative asset management industry.
