Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amended Amendment to the $2,300,000,000 asset based revolving credit facility for US Foods, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for working capital needs and for general corporate purposes. US Foods is an American foodservice distributor.
