Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in $5 Billion Credit Facilities for HCA Inc.

Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment and upsize to HCA Inc.’s cash flow credit agreement, including a $1,500,000,000 term A credit facility and a $3,500,000,000 revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing debt.
