Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 11.750% senior secured notes due 2027 by DISH Network Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, including the buildout of wireless infrastructure. DISH Network Corp. is a holding company, which engages in the provision of pay-tv services and mobile wireless services.
