Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $900,000,000 term B credit facility and an Amendment to the $200,000,000 revolving credit facility for Kingpin Intermediate Holdings LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and a refinancing existing credit.
