Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $500 Million Credit Facility for Churchill Downs Incorporated

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to its existing credit agreement to increase the loans under its existing term A credit facility by $500 million. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to repay outstanding loans under its existing senior secured revolving credit facility, to pay related transaction fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes. Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Churchill Downs has expanded through the development of live and historical racing entertainment venues, the growth of its horse racing online wagering business and the operation and development of regional casino gaming properties.
