Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,250,000,000 term B credit facility for Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp. (formerly Callaway Golf Company). Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes of the company and its subsidiaries, including to repay existing indebtedness.
