Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2,075,000,000 amended and restated credit facility for Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation, consisting of a $775,000,000 term A credit facility and a $1,300,000,000 revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
