Cahill Represents Lenders on Financing for KKR’s Acquisition of APRIL Group

Cahill represented the lenders in connection with the unitranche facilities and super senior revolving credit facility provided to support KKR’s acquisition of APRIL Group, a leading French insurance broker. Proceeds of the financing are being used to fund the acquisition and for general corporate purposes.
