Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a new $300,000,000 incremental term loan for The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to repay Kenan’s existing second lien term loan facility. Kenan is North America’s largest tank truck hauler and logistics provider.
