Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2028 by Crown European Holdings S.A. Proceeds from the offering were used for a refinancing and general corporate purposes. Crown is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of packaging products for consumer goods and industrial products.
