Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with approximately $1.3 billion of term A and term B loan financing for the acquisition by BroadStreet Partners, Inc. of Westland Insurance Group Ltd. The transaction also included an incremental revolving facility for Broadtreet Partners and Westland Insurance. BroadStreet Partners is a nationally ranked insurance brokerage in Columbus, Ohio. Westland is the largest independent, Canadian-owned brokerage in Canada.
