Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $732 Million Credit Facility for Avient Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the incurrence of an approximately $732 million tranche of Term B-7 Loans by Avient Corporation. Proceeds from the Term B-7 Loans, together with cash on hand, will be used to refinance all of Avient’s existing term loans. Avient Corporation is a global manufacturer of specialized and sustainable material solutions.
