Cahill Represents Administrative Agent in Revolving Credit Facility in Mallinckrodt Bankruptcy Cases

Cahill is representing the administrative agent under a revolving credit facility for ST US AR Finance LLC, a non-debtor subsidiary of Mallinckrodt plc, to provide liquidity for Mallinckrodt’s recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. In connection therewith, Cahill negotiated and effectuated amendments of various loan agreements and purchase and sale agreements, as well as an order of the bankruptcy court approving such transactions and related protections for the revolving lenders. If certain conditions are met, the revolving loan facility would convert to an exit loan to allow Mallinckrodt and related debtors to effectuate their prepackaged plan of reorganization.
