Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.55 Billion Amended Credit Facility for Berry Global, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing amendment to Berry Global, Inc.’s existing credit agreement. The amendment provided for the extension of $1,550,000,000 of Berry Global Inc.’s existing term loan. Berry is a leading global supplier of a broad range of innovative rigid, flexible and non-woven products and sells products predominantly into stable, consumer-oriented end markets, such as healthcare, personal care, and food and beverage.
