Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,200,000,000 revolving credit facility for NCL Corporation Ltd. and Voyager Vessel Company, LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. NCL is a global cruise company which operates the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands.
