Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers and Agent in Multi-Currency Financings for The Kenan Advantage Group

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and the agent in connection with a $1.4 billion term loan, C$62.3 term loan and $200 million revolving credit facility for The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., the proceeds of which were used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes. The Kenan Advantage Group is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, with terminal and satellite locations in 42 states and seven Canadian provinces and territories.
