Cahill represented the dealer manager and solicitation agent in connection with Kronos International, Inc.’s offer to exchange up to €325,000,000 of its Senior Secured Notes due 2025 for a new issuance of 9.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 plus additional cash consideration, and a related consent solicitation. Kronos International, Inc. is a subsidiary of Kronos Worldwide, Inc., a leading global producer and marketer of titanium dioxide pigments.
