Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment for CCI Buyer, Inc. (Consumer Cellular), which amendment extends the maturity date for $100,000,000 of the revolving credit facility and provides for a $500,000,000 incremental term B credit facility, and a $15,000,000 revolving credit facility increase. The maturity date for the remaining portion of the revolving credit facility did not change. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to make dividend payments to CCI Parent, Inc., to pay expenses in connection with this transaction and for general corporate purposes. Consumer Cellular is a nationwide mobile virtual network operator that provides postpaid wireless services.
