Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $600,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $500,000,000 term A credit facility for ACI Worldwide, Inc., ACI Worldwide Corp., and ACI Payments, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing credit. ACI Worldwide delivers the mission-critical real-time payments software solutions that enable corporations to process and manage digital payments, power omni-commerce payments, present and process bill payments, and manage fraud and risk.
