Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of common stock by certain stockholders of ADT Inc., resulting in net proceeds of approximately $418 Million. The offering made available 65,000,000 shares of common stock, along with a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 9,750,000 shares of common stock. Selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the sale of the shares in this offering. ADT is a leading provider of security, automation, and smart home solutions serving consumer and business customers through approximately 180 locations, 6 owned and operated monitoring centers, and the largest network of security professionals in the United States.
