Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an incremental $125,000,000 term loan credit facility for Iridium Satellite LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to finance an acquisition by the borrower. Iridium Communications is a global satellite communications company providing worldwide mobile voice and data communications services through satellites.
