Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $900,000,000 term B credit facility and a $150,000,000 revolving credit facility for Chromalloy Corporation. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay existing indebtedness. Chromalloy Corporation is an independent provider of proprietary engine solutions serving global airlines, operators and maintenance providers.
