Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Evertec’s $540 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to Evertec Group, LLC’s $540 million term B credit facility.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit.
