Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in Grupo Antolin’s €250 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with an offering of €250 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2030 by Grupo Antolin-Irausa, S.A.U.
Proceeds from the offering were used for a refinancing.
Grupo Antolin-Irausa designs, develops, manufactures, and supplies components for vehicle interiors worldwide, producing overhead systems, doors, hard trim, lighting, cockpits, human machine interfaces, and other electronic system products.
