Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Seaworld’s $700 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $700 million revolving credit facility for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc. (fka SW Acquisitions Co., Inc.).

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. SeaWorld is one of the largest marine animal rescue organizations in the world.
