Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Cable One’s $250 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the revolving credit facility for Cable One to provide for an upsize of $250 million.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
