Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Repricing of Installed Building Products’ $497.5 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to reduce the pricing on the $497.5 million term B credit facility for Installed Building Products, Inc. (IBP).

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance IBP’s existing term B facility. IBP is the premier installation contractor for insulation for residential and commercial builders.
