Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger in Townsquare Media’s $490 Million Credit Facilities

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $470 million Term B credit facility and a $20 million revolving credit facility for Townsquare Media, Inc.

Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to redeem outstanding debt securities.
