Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2030 by Avolon Holdings Funding Limited.

Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.

Avolon is a leading global aircraft leasing company focused on acquiring, managing, leasing, and selling commercial aircraft.
