Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $750 million incremental Term B credit facility for Gen Digital Inc.

Proceeds from the facility were used for general corporate purposes, including partially funding Gen Digital’s acquisition of MoneyLion Inc.

Gen Digital is a global software company that provides cybersecurity services and products.
