Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in NCL Corporation Ltd.'s $786 Million Increase to Revolving Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to increase the revolving credit facility for NCL Corporation Ltd. by $786 million to $2.48 billion.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

NCL is a leading global cruise company which operates the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands.
