Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Closure Systems International’s $669 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the existing credit facility for Closure Systems International Group Inc. (f/k/a Canister International Group Inc.).

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit.
